the beds had comfortable pillows i found parking easily and the area felt secure. the lobby looked stylish there was a good selection of options in the bar fridge.
i was a little disappointed that there were no biscuits only a small pack of milk and the usual tea and coffee

the staff was very cute and friendly! the hotel's location worked well for my needs. the pool area was really nice. the room was quite big and included a separate bedroom.
The shower head wasn't great. There wasn't a proper photo of the bathroom for the room, otherwise i wouldn't have booked it.

The hotel is very close to a free ferry wharf. It takes approximately 3 minutes to walk there. the city view from my room with a balcony was so nice. it was also nice the pool was heated and saltwater.

the team's service was excellent! the hotel staff values and looks after guests whether they're interacting with reception, housekeeping, or those in the restaurant. the check-in and check-out process was very easy and fast.
